As a subscribing client of MyFoodPlanet, I hereby acknowledge that I have had an opportunity to review the terms and conditions below and by placing my signature below, agree to the following:

1. Neither MyFoodPlanet nor any of its agents is licensed as a provider of nutritional, dietary or medical services, and I understand that I am strongly advised to consult with a medical doctor before making any changes to my diet and/or exercise plan.
2. In the course of my use of its services, MyFoodPlanet may suggest particular foods, supplements, workouts and/or provide other advice. MyFoodPlanet is not responsible for any adverse reaction or injury that might arise out of my consumption of suggested foods or supplements or my participation in recommended workouts. Likewise, MyFoodPlanet is not responsible for consequences that might arise as a result of changes to my previous dietary and exercise habits.
3. I am responsible for monitoring my own medical and physical condition during the course of my use of MyFoodPlanet services, consulting medical professionals as necessary and appropriate. MyFoodPlanet bears no responsibility for any aspects of my health condition.
4. I expressly waive, release, discharge and hold MyFoodPlanet and its agents harmless from any and all consequences resulting from my subscription account and my use of MyFoodPlanet services and agree not to sue for any such damages. I agree to indemnify and hold MyFoodPlanet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from my subscription and the use of the services available through my account.
5. I have read and understand the disclaimers provided on the MyFoodPlanet website here.
6. I understand that due to the nature of the MyFoodPlanet platform and the fact that digital materials are available for download immediately upon purchase of a subscription in many cases, MyFoodPlanet does not grant refunds.
7. I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time but will be billed for the entire month of cancellation, with the membership ending at the start of the next billing cycle.
8. I represent that I fully understand the terms of this Agreement with MyFoodPlanet and enter into it of my own free will.
